Since we are strictly wholsale, we require retail dealers to authorize a resale certificate with a signature and a legal tax resale number. The certificate can be downloaded by clicking on the Resale Certificate link at the top of this page.
The minimum opening order is $250. Mastercard/Visa welcome! The minimum order thereafter is $150, net of shipping.
Applications for credit are subject to the approval of the Customer Service Manager and Accounts Receivable. Credit is only available to volume customers with an average purchase history of over $300/month for six months. Interest on overdue balances will be assessed.
Freight is FOB Woodstock.
Notice of shipping damage should be made to the shipper directly. Returns are not permitted due to the fragility of the paper, except in the case of an OrangeArt error. Returns will require the prior authorization of the Customer Service Manager. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed where appropriate.
We will notify our customers in advance of a price increase whenever possible. However, without prior notice to us from our suppliers, our prices may be subject to change without notice.
Special orders require a 50% deposit upon receipt of your purchase order.
